Safety valves are an important part of many different systems that work with pressure, for example water installations and heat installations. With a correctly assembled safety valve, you avoid damage on the installation caused by too high pressure since the safety valve will let out water, if the pressure gets too high and thereby prevent damage. The safety valve is installed on the hot water tank’s cold-water influx to regulate the pressure that occurs when the cold water is heated up and expanding in volume. Our safety valves are made of either brass or nylon that both are incredibly strong materials suitable for these types of systems.
